Description
About the RoleWABC-TV is seeking an Executive Producer to oversee Eyewitness News newscasts. This position requires a proven leader with excellent news judgment, strong writing skills, a passion for being first with breaking news and the creativity to produce content that is impactful and relevant. You must be an excellent communicator with strong people skills. This position will collaborate with other newsroom leaders to create and execute coverage strategies, and manage staff.
This role is considered on-site, which means the employee will work from a Company designated location on an ongoing basis.
$145,800 to $195,500 per year
Requirements
- Knowledge of Dalet
- Management experience in top 20 market
- Current or previous experience managing successful newscasts
- Knowledge of the tri-state area is a plus
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in local television news production
