What You’ll Do
   Lead and oversee all aspects of our PACE program operations
   Drive strategic growth, financial sustainability, and quality care outcomes
   Manage multidisciplinary teams and key leadership staff
   Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations
   Strengthen community partnerships and expand program reach
   Champion a culture of excellence, compassion, and innovation

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
   Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field (Master’s preferred)
   3+ years of executive-level healthcare leadership experience
   Experience working with elderly or frail populations
   Strong operational, financial, and team leadership skills
