Description

ASBA is seeking a Membership Support Intern to support member outreach, retention, and administrative membership activities. This internship is a strong fit for someone who enjoys communication, relationship-building, and organized follow-through, and who wants experience in membership engagement, sales support, and nonprofit operations.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities

• Research prospective member leads for outreach and recruitment efforts
• Assist with member renewal outreach, including phone calls and follow-up communication
• Support member mid-year check-in calls to help strengthen engagement and retention
• Assist with monthly membership mailer preparation
• Help maintain accurate records related to membership outreach and follow-up
• Support membership sales and retention efforts through administrative and communication tasks
• Assist with organizing membership contact lists, lead tracking, and related materials
• Provide general support for member services and membership engagement initiatives
• Complete other membership and administrative support tasks as assigned
