Job Responsibilities
Drive the development and execution of the AI adoption roadmap for Wholesale Lending Services
Identify, evaluate, and implement advanced AI solutions to enhance business processes and client experiences
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into new and existing products
Design and deliver training programs on AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, and agentic workflow design
Serve as a subject matter expert and internal advocate for AI best practices
Advance prompt engineering capabilities for robust, scalable, and secure AI interactions
Architect agentic workflows to automate and optimize key business processes
Develop and implement metrics to assess the impact and success of AI initiatives
Monitor, analyze, and report on AI adoption, usage, and business outcomes
Collaborate with senior leaders to align AI strategy with business objectives
Engage with external partners and industry experts to stay current on AI trends and innovations
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
7 years of product management experience
3 years of experience focused on AI or machine learning technologies
Proven track record of driving AI adoption and delivering successful AI-powered products
Deep understanding of prompt engineering and agentic workflows
Strong analytical skills with experience developing and tracking product metrics
Exceptional communication and training skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels

Advanced degree in a relevant field
Experience in financial services
Expertise with modern AI toolkits and solutions
