Description
About the RoleMountain Lake PBS is seeking a motivated Membership Services Coordinator. You'll serve as the vital link between Mountain Lake PBS and the donors and viewers whose support makes public media possible. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, managing donor gift fulfillment, helping donors access our streaming service PBS Passport, and contributing to our mail and digital fundraising efforts. Strong people skills, organization, and computer proficiency required. Position open until filled. Mountain Lake PBS is an equal opportunity employer
$18-$20 per hour
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Computer proficiency, excellent customer service, and organizational skills.
- Significant prior experience and a record of accomplishment revealing excellent time management skills, orientation to detail, substantial people skills, and organizational ability.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Database knowledge a must.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
