Description
Job description- Originate, structure, and execute cross-border M&A deals;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Corporate Clients in Asia
- Identifying cross-border m&a business opportunities with new and existing clients under coverage.
- Working together with the product and execution teams to advise clients on various financial solutions including M&A, leveraged finance, capital raising, corporate financing, and other financial advisory.
- Lead in structuring and execution of event-driven finance solutions;
- Monitor portfolio performance and exit;
- Work closely with in-house counsels and compliance team for gatekeeping all transactions in full compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Degree holder;
- At least 10 years of experience in international investment banks is desirable
- Solid relationship in the M&A deal market;
- Familiarity with cross-border M&A deals is a plus;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean
- Excellent business acumen with a solid track record
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
