- Digital Content Manager
Description
The Digital Content Manager digitizes and manages access to the museum’s collection of audio and visual recordings. The position contributes to exhibitions, programming, publications, online, digital archive, and other museum initiatives. This role will also manage content across our website, social media channels, and other digital platforms to drive engagement, increase visibility, and provide access to the Museum’s holdings. The role holder will have experience working with websites, digital content management systems, and editing tools. They will have a creative flair, excellent interpersonal skills, and will be able to demonstrate close attention to detail. The Digital Content Manager reports to the Collections Manager and to the Archive's Specialist.
Requirements
Candidates should have a degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study (Library and Information Science, Archival Studies, Museum Studies, Communication, Marketing). This is a grant-funded position.
