Job Summary

As an Executive Director - FX Systematic Trading Strategies in the FX Trading team, you will lead the development and execution of systematic trading strategies. You will collaborate with colleagues to optimise performance and manage risk, while contributing to the team's culture of innovation and excellence. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Proven track record of managing risk in a trading environment
• Ability to lead and collaborate within a diverse team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with data analysis and statistical modelling
• Commitment to ethical and compliant trading practices

• Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science)

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
