- Campaign Manager
Description
The Campaign Manager will oversee all aspects of a competitive Democratic campaign, from field and fundraising to communications and digital strategy. This role requires someone who is strategic, scrappy, and ready to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. The Campaign Manager will serve as the candidate’s right hand, making sure the campaign hits its goals and grows a strong, energized team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall campaign plan, including paid communications, field, earned media, fundraising, political outreach, and digital programs.
Manage staff, consultants, and volunteers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Serve as the candidate’s chief advisor on strategy, political relationships, and messaging.
Coordinate with community partners, labor, and allied organizations.
Oversee budget, compliance, and campaign reporting.
Represent the campaign in meetings and political spaces.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Two-three campaign cycles of political experience, with experience managing teams and programs.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and political judgment.
Comfortable balancing long-term strategy with immediate needs in a fast-paced campaign environment.
