About the Role

Brand Engagement Manager will oversee Content Creators focused on digital, news marketing, and creative content. This position will collaborate with station and news management, and digital leads on idea generation, creative discussions, and help provide direction on creative concepts and scripts for multiple platforms.?Brand Engagement Managers are also content creators, and will be assisting with writing, shooting, and editing.

The hourly compensation range for this role is $24.11 to $28.36

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge and practical experience in writing, shooting, and editing for multiple media platforms (broadcast, digital, social).
• Strong understanding of agile principles or experience in a continuous workflow/fast-paced content environment is a plus.
• Ability to analyze performance data (ratings/digital analytics) and translate insights into effective creative strategy.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience

• Proven experience in content creation, brand marketing, news promotion, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience overseeing creative teams and/or projects.
