POSITION SUMMARY: The CLE Administrative Assistant support email, print, and other digital content needs of the CLE Department using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WordPress, and Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. This position will also assist with the web-based event set-up process and provide customer service support.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–3 years of administrative or office experience (required
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business (preferred but not required)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Salesforce (a plus)
- Prior work with project management application such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the legal profession (helpful, but not essential)
ADDITIONAL SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Must have excellent grammatical skills; an excellent professional, positive demeanor, both in person and online; and a strong collaborative focus.

FLSA STATUS: Full Time/Non-Exempt
JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting and sending CLE emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and monitoring the CLE inbox
- Preparing brochures and print materials using Adobe InDesign and other Creative Suite tools
- Updating CLE Department webpages with WordPress
- Assisting with backend event registration setup in our association and learning management systems
- Distributing content writeups to Association Marketing Team for social media promotion
- Delivering excellent customer service by assisting customers with registrations, confirmations, cancellations, refunds, and more
- Other duties as assigned.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, telephones, etc.
