About the Role

The Local Sales Team at TelevisaUnivision is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team! We seek an enthusiastic and aggressive self-starter to assist Account Executives in their transactional efforts. This is a data entry and numbers intensive position demanding extensive computer competence in various order processing software's. We strongly focus on being detail oriented and communicative as we are in contact with all TV stations across the country. You will work hand in hand with our TV sales team, traffic department, finance and collections team. You will report directly to the Regional Account Coordinator Supervisor.

Base pay Range - $40,000-$55,000 + Benefits

Requirements

• Ability to handle multiple tasks successfully; be organized; detail oriented; have demonstrated time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Customer service experience.
• Exposure to order entry systems and any other media research tools.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work from office in New York, NY

Experience

• BA/BS required and related sales/advertising experience.
